Los Angeles Clippers vs. San Antonio Spurs (February 18, 2012)

The Clippers played the Spurs on February 17th. I was there. The Clippers dominated the first quarter, but got killed in the second. It was 70-67 after the third. The Spurs were winning. The Clippers were up 3. Chris Paul caught the inbounds, but threw it backcourt before touching the ground because he wanted it to be backcourt for more space to run. Gary Neal intercepted the pass and made a 3 with 5.6 seconds left. Then, the Spurs won 103-100 in OT.

Finalists for player of the game:

Tony Parker: 30 Pts, 3 Reb, 10 Ast

Blake Griffin: 22 Pts, 20 Reb, 2 Ast

Gary Neal: 17 Pts, 3 Reb, 3 Stl

Chris Paul: 21 Pts, 2 Reb, 6 Ast, 2 Stl

Blake Griffin wins player of the game. It was very close between him and Tony Parker.

Los Angeles Clippers vs. Dallas Mavericks (February 13, 2012)

This was a very close game between the Mavericks and the Clippers. The score was 96-92. Sadly, the Mavericks won. At the end, the teams kept on scoring. I was watching. I remember Caron Butler missing a wide-open three that might've lost the game for them.

Here are the finalists for player of the game:

Chris Paul: 16 points, 5 rebounds, 9 assists, 2 steals
Dirk Nowitzki: 22 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals

Caron Butler: 23 points, 8 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal

Brendan Haywood: 10 points, 9 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal

The player of the game was Chris Paul.

Los Angeles Clippers vs. Philadelphia 76ers (February 10, 2012)

A week ago, the Clippers played the 76ers. The 76ers were up 77-76 with under 5 seconds left. Chris Paul hit a jumper with 3.2 seconds left to get the lead 78-77. The 76ers could not make a shot, so the Clippers ended up winning 78-77. I think that both teams played a fantastic game.

Here are the finalists for player of the game:

Chris Paul: 24 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal
Andre Iguodala: 12 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists, 1 steal

Blake Griffin: 16 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal

Elton Brand: 12 points, 10 rebounds

The way I pick player of the game I give points. Chris Paul had one more point for player of the game than Blake Griffin, so I have to give it to CP3, especially for his game-winning jumper.

Los Angeles Clippers vs. Utah Jazz (February 1, 2012)

To kick-off the month of February, the Clippers played against the Jazz. The final score was very close. The Clippers won 107-105! It was amazing that the Jazz got so close to winning. I think it was because of the star impact by Al Jefferson. Usually, Devin Harris does better, but not this game. It is very fun to do this post.

Finalists for player of the game:

Chris Paul: 34 points, 5 rebounds, 11 assists, 3 steals
Al Jefferson: 27 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal

Blake Griffin: 31 points, 14 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, 3 blocks

Player of the game goes to Chris Paul.
